Unbeatable value + variety. Baxton Studio began offering furniture online in the year 2002 as a drop-ship supplier to major retailers. At this time, ecommerce was uncommonly used for furniture purchases! The founders of the company recognized the overwhelming value, variety, and, of course, convenience that the internet could provide consumers when purchasing furniture. As the demand for our furnishings grew, parent company Wholesale Interiors began offering photo models to local Chicagoland consumers for pick up. As this local demand increased, we started to offer our factory-sealed items as well -- and, with that, Chicagoland's Baxton Studio Outlet stores were born. To this day, Baxton Studio remains committed to providing consumers with trend-forward and unique furniture for an incredible value.
