I've only been thru the drive thru, everyone is super nice. Always got my order right. Love coming here for my smoothies. They're a bit overpriced but I get it. My go to Dunkin' because they're great.

They sell melted ice cream, and I want to complain. They yell at me and are so rude. Such a rude person works here.

The workers are always yelling at each other, they are rude, but I give it two stars instead of 1 because it's free entertainment while you eat their awful icecream.

The people are nice. I went in a day before a birthday party to order a cake and have them write on it. They said it would be done when I came in the next day. I arrived and it hadn't been written...

Wanted to have an ice cream on a hot day. The person who was serving me was wearing a woolen hat - not very clean - no gloves. She seemed very surprized when I said she shoud be working in them....
