Second-generation owners Brian and Beverly Linning, their four children and loyal companion Janie are committed to providing exceptional pet care services. The Linning family believes in bringing a personal touch to each pet's stay at Bark 'N' Town. Longtime animal lovers themselves, they understand the needs of both pets and their owners, and strive to provide customers with peace of mind that their animal will be safe, happy and well cared for during their time at Bark 'N' Town. Bark 'N' Town offers lodging and pet spa services, as well as an array of themed events and activities. Brian and Beverly believe that pets should have as much fun as people and have been recognized for this unique approach to pet care in local media including The Lake County New-Sun, Daily Herald, and TribLocal. They are also passionate about pet health and nutrition, providing information, resources and options for sustaining a healthy pet. As a member of the IBPSA (International Boarding & Pet Services Association), Bark 'N' Town pledges to provide conscientious care, deal honestly and fairly, respect customer confidence, continuously learn more and improve services, and operate their business honorably. In addition, Brian & Beverly Linning have been asked as industry experts to speak as national conferences on the subjects of business operations, pet care services procedures, and business technology solutions. Residents of Wauconda, the Linning family is actively involved in the community. Through membership in the Wauconda Area Chamber of Commerce, Brian has helped organize several highly successful events, including the annual Trick or Treat on Main Street and the Holiday Walk on Main Street, and a pet parade down Main Street during the Farmer's Market. He has also served as a Chamber board member, past board secretary, and is currently President elect. Beverly is a member of the Matthews Middle School PTO and has served on several committees at local churches.
