This is the best gym you're going to find! The best selection of free weights period. The members and staff are all extremely friendly. Great experience!

Barbell 4:13 opened in 2018 as a gym to service a wide array of fitness needs in the Fox Valley Community. We we're established by 4x World Powerlifting Champion, Matt Minuth, Powerlifting Champion and personal trainer David Keilman, and NPC Competitor and personal trainer Christiana Bailey-Green.
