Bar Cargo

Bar Cargo is an upscale sports bar in the heart of River North featuring authentic Roman-style pizza, classic bar bites, and an extensive list of beers and craft cocktails. The pizzas at Bar Cargo are created using a unique custom blend of imported flours from Rome that are shipped overseas in cargo containers - which have been incorporated into the fun, industrial design of the restaurant. The dough has a 96 hour raise period that creates a perfectly light and crispy crust. Executive Chef and World Pizza Champion, Max Moresi, runs the show at Bar Cargo and loves meeting new guests.
