Won't exchange US currency for smaller US currency bills if you are a non account holder. But hey, at least the lady was nice about it.

The staff is very polite. But they hold checks for two weeks before you can access your own $ if you have a new acct. After the "grace" period, they hold you money for 2 days. Thats unheard of....
