Terrible customer service at this location. Just wanted my pin to be reset ( a 2 minute task). Banker wouldn't do it, and greeter who had an iPad, told me to go to my app to schedule an appointment.

Bank is complete garbage. Staff is very unwelcoming and awkward. To get a new debt card they told me to withdraw money and order a new one online. Bad staff, bad bankers, terrible company.
