BOA is too big to truly care about their clients. BOA corporate will do whatever they want with your account. While the branch employees just shrug their shoulders if you have an issue.

The most unprofessional bank in Joliet. Tellers are uninformed and lazy.They will say anything to you to get to the next customer in line. Shut it down. What a joke as a bank.
