Bailey Keller, PA

For Bailey Keller, joining Blessing Health System is more than a career move. His arrival is a full-circle homecoming. “I was born in this hospital,” he says. “My mom was a nurse here for 30 years and I worked at Blessing before earning my physician assistant degree. Healthcare in Quincy has always been part of my life.” Bailey is passionate about helping patients navigate urgent health concerns with clarity and compassion. His career with Blessing began as a scribe in the emergency department. There, he spent five years building relationships with various providers and patients, often in critical and high-stress situations. “As a PA, I have time to sit with patients, explain what’s going on, and ease their minds. I want patients to leave feeling confident in their care plan,” Bailey explains. Away from healthcare, Bailey enjoys playing video games, building with Legos, and spending time with his girlfriend and their dog, Lady Marmalade (who he lovingly refers to as their daughter). For Bailey, caring for the community where he was born and raised is personal. “It’s important to me that people feel reassured and confident in their care,” he says. “That’s what I’m here for.”
