Well when I came to the spa it smell like cigs and it was creeping me out and when we we're getting are toes done she hurt me when she was trimming my nails but I'm he rest of the trip was okay...

I had a 3pm appointment for a fill-in and pedicure. I arrived at 2:58pm. At 3:20 I inquired when they might be able to begin with no real answer, except "Soon." Clearly i was not going to begin...
