Aussem Dogs is an authentic Chicago Style Hot Dog Cart serving Vienna Beef hot dogs, chips, soda, and water. We are located in historic downtown Ottawa, Illinois in the last remaining wooden building circa 1830. We have patio, inside, and sidewalk seating.

Love these dogs! As close as you can get to a Chicago dog without being in Chicago :) and if you don't like Chicago dogs (shame on you), then Tom will accomodate to your tastes. And where else can...

Drove up from Florida to see family this summer. Took my whole crew to Aussem Dogs......we all loved it! Great product, great price......Tommy, you hit a homerun, brother!

This is a great location for a quick lunch Monday through Friday or, a great place to just sit in the park, have a dog and people watch.
