Got an order of their pretzel dog for my kids. And the hot dogs will just fall right out of the bottom as I hand them out. Went back to talk to the employee he offered to sell me 2 bags of pretzel...

I ordered 2 drinks, a dip, a pretzel and a cinnamon sticks... the cashier then said, (and I quote) "We are giving away dollar pretzels. Which flavor would you like?" I was then charged $1.15...

Refused to give out free pretzels on free pretzel day, claiming they honored it a week prior. It makes no sense to not honor the promotion on the actual day it's advertised.
