Deceptive sales practices. When confronted, employees just smile as if "you got me". But manager and district manager don't care either. So all must be ok lying to consumers. AT&T must also be ok....

My experience with this store was terrible. I am a firefighter and EMT and was told that the FirstNet program would give better service and lower my bill over Verizon. First they told me, sorry...
