We are a direct primary care practice. Compared to other primary care practices, our patients get more time with their doctor, same day/next day appointments, 24/7 access to their doctor, and have un-rushed office visits. We focus on preventive health and manage all common chronic conditions.Patients pay a fixed, predictable monthly fee. Out of pocket costs are rare, modest, and discussed with patients ahead of time. In return, we don't take health insurance. Patients don't have to deal with deductibles, co-pays, or other unpredictable / confusing insurance payments. In addition to primary care, we also offer--medical cannabis consultations to help individuals qualify for their medical cannabis card and to help patients with a card who need medical advice--COVID 19 testing - saliva PCR test (highly accurate, results in 2 - 3 days) and a rapid antigen test (good preliminary screen, results in 15 minutes)--Genetic testing for mental health - your genetic make up helps determine which medications will work better for you. We offer testing and consultation of results. Our main office is in Oak Park. We have a satellite office in Chicago at 30 N. Michigan #1429, across from Millennium Park.
