I ran in the Lions Reindeer Run today in Wheaton. Post race, these lovely folks were offering complimentary recovery stretches. No waiting, no fuss, I saw a great physical therapist who worked...

I ran at the Cosley Run For The Animals 10k and got stretched out by Bob after the race. Bob was informative, well practiced, and relaxing. If I lived closer I would use him all the time.
