Ashley MacDonald, DO

Erin Collinsworth completed her bachelor's of science in nursing at St. John's College of Nursing in Springfield, IL, and her Master of Science in nursing at Walden University in Minneapolis. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her focus is on providing quality care and maintaining direct lines of communication with patients and the healthcare team.

Dr. Gustavo Mosquera received his medical degree from Libre University in Cali, Colombia and completed his internship at Instituto del Seguro Social in 2001. His residency was completed at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield. Dr. Mosquera is board certified in family medicine. Prior to joining Family Medical Center of Chatham, Dr. Mosquera worked in a rural family practice clinic in Columbia. He works with both English- and Spanish- speaking patients.
