The Art on the Square Foundation presents an esteemed juried fine art show, Art on the Square, located at the Veterans Memorial Fountain in downtown Belleville, Illinois. Celebrated since 2002 and consistently ranked among the top art shows in the nation, the event showcases the original work of over 100 accomplished artists from across the country and beyond.
Held annually the weekend after Mother's Day, Art on the Square features an engaging Children's Art Garden and a variety of onsite entertainment, local food, and drink options. Great community event, well planned & expected. A wide variety of art as well as food tents. My only complaint is the organizers need more signage to help out of town guests find the event.
