I go with a friend of mine visiting a family member of theirs and I want to say if I ever have to be in a nursing home I want there to be staff like the ones at Symphony of Aria in HIllside, IL....

I've only been in here once, my aunt is a resident. This place smells like urine and old sick people. The staff isn't the friendliest. My aunts toliet in her room wasn't clean it had feces on it....
