AF Lake Bluff members are dirty. They keep littering the mint wrappers given at the table when you first come in. If you walk around or cycle near the plaza, you will see tiny purple wrappers, AF...

This place's staff is very friendly. It's not big but the equipment is so good and I want to come every day to exercise
