this is the only place I will go to get my nails done. I drive 40 minutes to get there. I don't like thick nails and she is the only one who does it just right!

AWFUL! Had a small boy -maybe aged six or seven - working the front. Waited for twenty minutes after signing in to be told to come back in an hour due to appointments. Why would they make us wait...
