The aesthetic is not what you'd expect for a high quality bookstore. In addition, the staff was not just unhelpful but seemed to be downright rude. This store used to be amazing, so I'm not sure...

Went here for the Joe Maddon book signing event. It was very well organized. Got my book signed and a photo with him was taken by a professional photographer so the line moved super quickly....
