Amanda L. Ruyle-Ryan, AGNP-C

Nicole Jack is a physician assistant at Memorial Care—Koke Mill. She has a bachelor of science in clinical laboratory science from University of Illinois at Springfield, and went on to earn her master of medical science degree in physician assistant studies at Saint Louis University. Prior to joining MC, she was a physician assistant at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital.

Dhuha Raab, DO, is a family medicine physician serving patients at Memorial Physician Services— Koke Mill. She earned a bachelor of science degree in molecular and cellular biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Chicago Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove.

Kristin Lawhorn completed her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Saint Louis University, her bachelor’s of science in nursing from St. John’s College of Nursing and her Master of Science in nursing in family nurse practitioner. She has a Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She appreciates the variety and challenge of family medicine.
