I'm the current owner of Alterations by Silvia. I have more than 16 years of experience with specialty fabrics and custom design. I have a Bachelors Degree in Fashion Design from IADT in Chicago.

Do not get your OCP's tailored here... both my blouse and trousers were tailored wrong and I had to get a whole new uniform set. Only go on base for uniform tailoring.

My granddaughter took her bridal gown to this seamstress to be altered. this gown had no beading no lace or tulle to interfere with any of the alterations. the gown needed to be hemmed taken in...
