Altamura Pizza

ALtamura Pizza is a take-and-bake/sit-down/boutique retail store front where everything is either imported from our home town of Altamura & surrounding areas or homemade. The pizza crust is imported and made with naturally fortified durum semolina wheat. Because the wheat is farmed in Italy it is truly clean & GMO free which means that people with Gluten Sensitivities can now eat real pizza! Not only that, all of our ingredients are premium (i.e Smoking goose or Wisconsin Cheeses) and our recipes (ie. our sauce) are made from scratch with our family recipes . Truly an authentic Italian experience without having to purchase a ticket to Italy!
