unprofessional, booked me with several girls at the same time when i went in i had to wait several hours to get my hair done. didn't use heat protector on my hair. customer service wasn't bad...

omg do they drag you'll make an appointment and they won't start on you till after 40 minutes and even then they'll stop what they doing to you to finish someone else if you come here for an event...
