Allison Hall, APRN

Ha Cho, MD, is an internal medicine physician. He earned a bachelor of science degree from Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts, and a medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. He completed a residency and internship in internal medicine at the University of Illinois Chicago. Dr. Cho is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Brittany Patrick completed her family nurse practitioner at Maryville University, St, Louis, Mo. in 2015. She completed her B.S.N. at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville in 2010. She holds certifications in advanced cardiovascular life support and basic life support. She is located in Suite 145A.

Erin Noblitt, APRN, completed her F.N.P., St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing, Peoria, IL in 2017 and her M.S.N., Clinical Nurse Leader from Millikin University, Decatur, IL in 2013. She completed her B.S.N. from Millikin University, Decatur, IL in 2013 and her Bachelors of Social Work, Millikin University, Decatur, IL in 2003. She holds certifications from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. Erin Noblitt is located in Suite 145A.
