Great studio with a very welcoming ambiance and wonderful teacher Love that they provide mats and blocks so i dont have to bring my own and lastly the space felt like home to me

Great workout - instructor knew what she was doing I highly recommend this studio if you want a studio that knows alignment, flow, and exercise.
