Twice now have experienced apparently untrained technicians. She had to stick both arms and both hands today to take a blood sample. Previously they caused serious bleeding by damaging my veins...

This review is only for the phlebotomist who works on Saturday Irene. She apparently wakes up on the wrong side of the bed in the morning. That being said she's the very best at what she does.

Sophie and Candace are excellent and caring to patients. They make you feel at home when going for scans. I recommend this facility for diagnostic testing.
