18 years and the owner still calls me, who does that! Yes, accountants get very busy 2 times a year, if you wait until April or October to correct something every accounting service.

I do not recommend using them for any business purpose. The entire staff is unprofessional and the owner Alan is extremely incompetent. I have called them several times to follow up on my taxes...
