Dr. Alena is a Palmer graduate offering techniques best suited to each individual patient including Gonstead, Thompson, Diversified, Toggle Recoil, Pettibon, Extremity Adjusting and Activator. Our office has a full Physiotherapy Area for rehabilitative exercises in strengthening, stretching, functional training, and neuromuscular re-education. Our office also offers Massage Therapy and Digital Foot Scans for Customized Orthotics.
