CCMHA has been manufacturing plywood reels and other industrial wood products since 1977. The company manufactures more than 1 million reels annually, shipping across the United States and Mexico. It sells custom built pallets manufactured from softwood decking and hardwood skids. It additionally manufactures plywood reels built to customer specifications. Its flanges range in sizes from 10- to 48-inch diameters, and are grooved to assure the proper location of the core with a tight stable fit. The company uses an ironfibre duro-core on all reels, and the cores are kiln-dried to minimize shrinkage. Additionally, it uses 0.25-inch steel rods and pronged T-nuts that are hydraulically pressed into each flange.
