Dr. Woodward provides comprehensive care for adolescent and adult patients in the field of colon and rectal surgery. This includes screening colonoscopy, minimally invasive treatment of benign colon and rectal disease as well as cancer, and the evaluation and treatment of anorectal disease. She has special interest in advanced colonoscopy, minimally invasive techniques, pilonidal disease and diverticulitis. Dr. Woodward also provides surgical interventions to patients with inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's and Ulcerative colitis). Dr. Paris provides comprehensive colon, rectal and endoscopic services for adolescent and adult patients. This includes colon resections and other procedures on the large and small intestines, including those in patients afflicted with Crohn's disease. In addition, the full gamut of anorectal surgical expertise is available, including hemorrhoid, fissure and fistula treatment. Lower endoscopy, i.e. colonoscopy or flexible sigmoidoscopy, is available both from a diagnostic and therapeutic vantage. Dr. Paris is specially trained in da Vinci robotic surgery for a variety of colon and rectal problems.
