HistoryTroy Seymour founded American Family Remodeling Inc. in 2003. Prior to the founding of the company Troy had worked for one of the areas largest remodeling companies for a period of 18 years. Troy started out as an entry level installer and over the years had earned the title of Vice President of the company. Troy's responsibilities were customer relations and service, quality control, as well as sales and marketing. Although it was very satisfying to see the company grow dramatically year after year, to Troy something was missing. Over the years it became increasingly difficult to provide a personal level of service as well as provide the highest level of quality in which Troy expected due to the rapid growth. It became evident that he had to make a change.
