Rockford's first Modern Filipino restaurant. We serve our own take on classic Filipino dishes fusing some with American and European fare. established in January 10th 2024, Owners Patrick Alberto (Pres/Chef) & Megan Grooms Alberto ( Vice Pres/Admin). Both worked at Octane from 2001- 2006 Patrick as Dishwashwer then eventually working his way up to line cook and Megan as a Server and Bartender. Patrick also did a 6 year stint as Abreo' Sous Chef under the tutelage of Chef Paul Sletten. Where he learned Classic French cooking and other culinary styles and techniques including off-site catering events.
