they lied about wait time. told us one hour after calling after an hour and a half we were told 45 more mins after a total of 3 hr and 20 mins they showed up to give us a ridiculous price.

Customer service is terrible from the second the answer the phone. Rude and unprofessional would probably be an understatement. Leave this as a last resort if you need help.
