Maple Crest Care Center is an 86-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility, specializing in providing a full spectrum of care, including temporary respite and short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term skilled nursing services. Based in Belvidere, Ill. the center has been serving people across the Boone, Winnebago and McHenry counties for over 35 years. The facility offers a wide range of rehabilitation services for residents and patients recovering from injuries, illnesses and disorders, such as cardiac disease, stroke, pulmonary problems, joint replacement and orthopedic conditions.
