Tiffany Prutt at the Bethalto 140 branch was fantastic very friendly and patient with m, it was nice to be taken care of by some one so cheerful.

Not really sure where to begin with how bad this institution is but here's a start: extreme holds on checks 7-14 days even when the finances come from universities! couldn't get a license...

Would give this branch negative stars if possible. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Would not recommend this bank to ANYONE.
