Located in Chicago, Covenant Methodist Senior Services is a nonprofit, Medicare-licensed nursing facility featuring private and semiprivate accommodations in a variety of floor plans. The center provides a variety of home care and day care programs, supportive services and residential options. Its individualized care includes nursing, and dementia, Alzheimer s disease and respite care. It also offers rehabilitation services, including physical and occupational therapies. Its assisted living residence, Hartwell House, provides 24-hour care, personal assistance with daily activities, medication monitoring and health assessments and weekly housekeeping and linen services. Its facility is equipped with individually controlled heating and air conditioning, private telephones and mail boxes, and voice mail and cable television. It offers worship services and pastoral care, and a variety of social, educational and cultural programs.
