A diverse menu utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients with a focus on fresh fish and the highest quality steaks. Choose from an extensive wine list by the bottle and glass, 100+ bourbons, a rotating craft beer list, and full bar. 1913 gets its name from the building that houses it: an early 20th century Main Street storefront in downtown Roselle that was built in 1913 and originally housed Kee & Chappell Dairy. The building's original hardwood floors and exposed brick walls still remain.

We had a reservation for Saturday evening at 5pm- the place filled up quickly within the hour full of regular standing reservations. I could understand why! The food was delicious and so fresh....
