Beautiful, brand-new spaces! Staff are kind and the location itself is very clean. The communal spaces are a nice touch, as is the developing rooftop area.

The building and apartments are nice and newly built, however, the new management company has made 101 West a bad place to live. You can not get a hold of them and they are never in the office....
