My family member spent days in dirty clothes, didn't answer call lights for way too long, and were overall rude and inattentive. Don't send your loved ones here.

Very Unprofessional and rude. It's all about money. This facility deserves NO ratings. More to add but I won't. Think twice before considering this facility.
