We frequently get the wrong person's mail in our box. We have had mail that the tracking number said was delivered to the post office, but we never got it. They have returned mail to sender that...

Really poor customer service. They seem to enjoy giving people a hard time. I am getting my mail out of town even though I live in Spirit Lake.
