My career is driven both by my passion for helping others and by my own experiences. Having navigated challenges of my own, I can respect your experience, better guide your effort, and offer a more effective helping hand to you on your journey. My practice is driven by listening, not talking. I capitalize on empathy and use multiple tools and schools of thought to guide my clients towards mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. My key is to overlook nothing, and take a wide view to see all the pieces of our lives for what they are--and how we can make them work together harmoniously. Today, so many of us push ourselves too hard and fall into anxiety, depression, and stress--and, ultimately, a crisis that can be hard to navigate out of alone. That's why I'm here: to help you achieve balance, hope, and happiness. I specialize in counseling for children, adolescents and adults in the areas of ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and adjustment to life changes.
