Went to Tin Roof on the way home from Ridgecrest and purchased 6 tacos, 4 of which where basically inedible. They were all burnt to a crisp. Normally they've been spot on but not this time....

Not authentic Mexican, but amazing breakfast tacos the BBQ brisket tacos are my favorite! Habanero salsa is good and spicy. Also love the queso and chips
