History
After a successful launch by Jan and Jay Reed the Pie Hut was purchased by David and Linda Evans. Maintaining the quality pies and sandwich recipes that served as the foundation for the Pie Hut's success, in 2004 the Evans' daughter Heather was brought into the family business. Bringing with her a knack for cooking and an amazing nose for soup Heather has expanded the menu and multiplied the success of the Pie Hut.

Wouldn't be able to review the pie because every time I come on a Saturday they are closed. No notice, no note on the door. Last time I drive from Spokane to try it.

Great homemade food. Pumpkin chili and Ginger Carrot Bisque were excellent. Wonderful sandwiches & salad is extremely fresh & crisp. We'll definitely be back!
