We got the poutine baked potato and it was huge and delicious. Ratio of gravy and sheers curds to potato was spot on. This food truck was right off man and had outdoor seating.

Delicious. Genius. You can find these guys at the side of Edelweiss in warm springs during the ski season and most events around town.
