They always have meatballs ready and hot, I get coupons often enough in the mail to keep me going regularly. The line is usually short except during events in downtown.

Horrible service . Employees hate there life . They don't answer you when you ask for something. They just throw it at you . They don't know how to wrap a simple sandwich. Worst location yet ....
