Shige's was the first Japanese restaurant in downtown Boise. After 26 years, Shige and his wife Debbie Matsuzawa closed their Boise location. The Matsuzawa family opened Shige Sushi Express Meridian in 2012. They franchised it, but then resumed ownership of it in 2019. We hope to see you soon! Domo Arigato!
