May 2019 I had a major fall and broke my tibia and some other things. I picked Shaw Mountain mainly because it was close. Cascadia has really made an investment in this place. Nurses and staff...

I would not recommend this care facility. It is very old and ran down. The beds and physical therapy equipment is also very old and ran down as well. Many of their wheel chairs have duck tape...
