Staff is under qualified in determining something as simple as how far one is dilated. Misdiagnosed on 3 occasions. Awful communication. Use of a calming drink caused mother and entire family...

Not too impressed with this facility or its providers. We feel they should be better trained. Nice enough people, but just not the ones I would trust with prenatal care or delivering my baby again.
